We want you to love your ORLY color as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
